Emergency first aid at work. This one-day course is usually the minimum requirement in any workplace where a first aider is needed. This course is ideal for people working in low-hazard environments, such as a shop or office. It is also suitable for organisations whose first aid needs assessment has identified the need for somebody trained in emergency first aid.
First aid at work. This three-day course is for people who may need to provide first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work. It includes training on specific injuries and illnesses that may have been identified in your first aid needs assessment.

This course is ideal for those in the Security, Airline, Close Protection, Police, Fire and Remote environments. The FPOS course is delivered by Paramedics and Emergency Specialists who are able to relate this training to their own experience.
The course itself is a BTEC and awarded by Edexcel through the IHCD framework. It is also recognised by the Royal College of Surgeons (faculty of pre-hospital care).

Health and Safety in the Workplace is a qualification aimed at senior managers, directors and business owners who have formal responsibility for health and safety management. The qualification is intended for learners who are already working in the capacity of manager or director, or who are preparing to start work at this level.
Learners gaining this qualification will know that managers and directors have legal and moral obligations to ensure health and safety within a business and that this includes obligations to employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers. The subject areas within this course are regarded by the Health and Safety Executive as being important to developing safe working procedures in the workplace. In order to pass this qualification, learners must successfully construct a risk assessment and a safe system of work as well as pass the HABC examination which is taken on the last day.
The course is held over 5 days, concluding with a 2½-hour exam.

IQ Level 4 Award in Covert Surveillance OperationsThe IQ Level 4 Award in Covert Surveillance Operations (Advanced) is a qualification designed to develop and provide formal recognition of learners' knowledge, understanding and competence of surveillance techniques. Surveillance is the monitoring of the behaviour, activities or other changing information, usually of people for the purpose of intelligence gathering as part of an investigation into unlawful or illegal activity, or for enforcement activities. The qualification provides learners with a progression from the smaller Intermediate Award by expanding further on their knowledge and skills and prepares them to progress to the larger Certificate sized surveillance sector qualification, which in turn covers additional aspects of covert surveillance.

These qualifications are based on national occupational standards, which are statements of performance that describe what competent people in a particular occupation are expected to be able to do.
They cover all the main aspect of a specified occupation, including current best practice and are ideal for addressing skills gaps as well as identifying competence.
To achieve the full qualification, candidates must attain a minimum of 26 credits in total, comprising all the mandatory units and the remaining credits will be achieved by selecting the following optional units. A minimum of 2 units from group A, a minimum of 1 units from group B, a minimum of 2 units from group C and 1 unit from group D.
